There is no call centre, no sales line and no account manager — MachineryRentalMarket is run as an automated platform, so mail goes to the operator rather than to a support desk. We do not promise a reply time, and we would rather point you at the right page than have you wait on us.
Anything about a specific machine or listing is much quicker to deal with if you include the listing address (the URL) or the supplier's company name, the emirate the site is in, and the dates you need. Without those, the only honest answer we can give is "ask the owner" — because availability, rates and delivery are the owner's to state, not ours.
