MachineryRentalMarket.com is a UAE marketplace that connects construction contractors with equipment rental suppliers. Rental companies register themselves and publish their own machines, rates and availability; contractors browse without an account and deal directly with the company that owns the machine. We launched in 2026 to make finding and hiring plant in the UAE direct and transparent. We are not a broker and we are not a party to any rental contract.
Rental suppliers across the UAE list their own machines here — excavators, mobile cranes, boom lifts and scissor lifts, telehandlers and forklifts, generators, bulldozers and wheel loaders, compactors, dump trucks and air compressors. Contractors search by equipment type or location, or post an open request, and contact the company that owns the machine directly. No middleman. No commission.
Every listing is published by the supplier itself — we do not scrape listings from directories and we do not create supplier records on anyone's behalf. The status on a listing is the owner's last update, not a live feed, so confirm the dates you need with them before you plan around a machine.
The UAE construction equipment rental market is large, fragmented, and traditionally opaque. Most rental companies don't publish prices. Finding the right machine often means calling five suppliers, getting wildly different quotes, and waiting hours or days for callbacks. Contractors waste time. Suppliers lose deals to whoever picks up the phone first.
We think there's a better way: a single marketplace where suppliers publish their own machines and their own rates, contractors browse and post requests, and both sides deal directly with each other on terms they agree between themselves.
Nothing, on either side. The site is free for contractors to use and free for suppliers to list on: no commission on a rental, no listing fee, no lead fee, no subscription, and no featured or promoted placement to buy. Nothing is ranked by what anybody pays, because nobody pays anything. The platform earns nothing from either side today, and we never sell user data.
Suppliers register themselves and post their own machines. Nobody is vetted. A supplier types a trade licence number into an optional field on their own profile, and the software publishes it and shows a Licence on file badge as soon as that field is not empty — nobody checks the number against a register, sees a copy of the licence, inspects a yard or takes up references. There is no verification desk and no mechanism to run one. What that badge means.
So run the checks yourself, before the machine is loaded: the trade licence in the company's legal name, in date, with an activity that actually covers equipment rental; the third-party inspection (TPI) certificate for that specific machine, matched by serial number and covering your whole hire; and the insurance certificate. We don't verify quotes or transactions either — that's between contractor and supplier. If a listing or a supplier page carries something wrong about your company, email us and we will take it down.
