These Terms of Service govern your use of MachineryRentalMarket.com (the "Service"), operated from the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MachineryRentalMarket.com is an online marketplace that connects contractors looking to rent construction and heavy equipment with rental suppliers in the UAE and wider GCC region. We provide listings, search functionality, communication tools, and ancillary features (quote builders, LPO management, tax invoice generation) for registered suppliers.
We are not a party to any rental transaction. Any rental contract is solely between the contractor and the supplier. We do not own or operate the equipment listed on the Service, do not control the accuracy of supplier listings, and do not guarantee equipment quality, availability, or supplier performance.
Some features (supplier listings, posting equipment, quote and invoice management) require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you list equipment on the Service as a supplier, you represent that: you have legal title to or authorised use of the equipment; the listing is accurate and current; you have all required UAE trade licences, equipment certifications, and operator credentials; and you will honour the rental terms quoted to contractors through the Service.
If you use the Service to inquire about or rent equipment, you agree to provide accurate project information, to use equipment only for lawful purposes, and to honour the rental terms agreed with the supplier. Site safety, operator competence, and regulatory compliance for equipment use are your responsibility.
Use of the Service is free for contractors. Suppliers may list their fleet at no cost. Optional paid features (featured listings, premium placements) are offered to suppliers and are charged separately. We do not take a commission on rental transactions.
You agree not to: post false or misleading listings; engage in fraudulent transactions; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
All content on the Service (excluding user-submitted listings, photos, and supplier-provided content) is the property of MachineryRentalMarket and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of listings, or successful matching of contractors and suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
